Make sure that the battery is connected properly. Make sure that the battery is charged. Connect the battery charger to the phone make sure that the phone is being charged there should be an indicator on the phone display that shows that battery is being charged. If you can't see the indicator try connecting the battery charger to a different electrical outlet. |
