Integration

Allowing easy integration is one of the IFP Market Trader system’s key features.

The Market Trader consists of 3 parts that needs to be installed on the hosting server:

• Data base (requires a MS 2000 SQL server)
• Web applications (requires MS IIS 6.0)
• Windows services (requires MS Windows 2003 server)
  
  

All of the above components installation is standard and done using mostly the source media and an installation script.

Since the Market Trader was built as a distributed application the deployment scenarios are very flexible ranging from a completely managed shared solution allowing number of medium brokers to save money by sharing server resources to an unmanaged solution completely managed by the broker’s IT department. The scalable nature of the solution allows unlimited number of end users to be supported at very low costs.
